The latest controversy around Justin D’Cruz, Sakshi Shrivas is grabbing headlines after manipulated clips went viral and various “MMS links” started popping up on social media.

Taking to Instagram, Justin D’Cruz and Sakshi Shrivas confirmed that the viral video is not an intimate video of them but rather a clip from their New Year vlog. They further asked fans not to click on any fake links and fall for edited posts that are being made for the sole purpose of generating traffic. They ended the post by saying that there is “no MMS” and that nothing of sorts has been leaked.
During the time when rumours were swirling around social media, Payal Dhare (better known as Payal Gaming) came forward in support of the couple. Having been a victim of this situation back, Payal addressed how such fake viral clips, artificial intelligence (AI) deepfakes and deceptive edits are the new trend these days where famous people are being targeted to gain views. She went on further to call out those sharing and requesting for video links in the comments of social media posts.

Payal Gaming was dragged in a similar viral “Dubai MMS” controversy in March this year when edited clips of her went viral after she rose to fame during ICC Champions Trophy 2025. The video was later exposed by multiple news outlets as not featuring Payal at all.
